Menu Planner for the Second Week of July
The following recipes are not given in any certain order. All previous "healthy recipes of the week" will be marked with a *, and attached at the bottom. All "new recipes" will be eaten and judged by the food critics that are my family, and may soon become healthy recipes of the week.

Breakfast
We start everyday off with a fresh fruit smoothie made in our Vita-mix Blender. It is great to have all the seasonal fruit to put in along with the fish oil and probiotics.
